1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Thumlab.in, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Product License
- What You Can Do:
- Use purchased thumbnail templates/PPL files for personal/commercial projects.
- Modify colors, text, or layouts to suit your needs.
- What You Cannot Do:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the original files (e.g., .PSD, .PPL).
- Claim ownership of the unmodified template design.
- Remove PixalLab credits if embedded in PPL files.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Payment Gateway:
- Processed securely via Cashfree UPI (RBI-compliant).
- We never store your UPI PIN/bank details.
- Refund Policy:
- No refunds after download (digital products are non-returnable).
- Exceptions: Contact us within 24 hours if:
- File is corrupted/unusable.
- Payment was deducted but order failed.

4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate billing/contact details.
- Do not reverse payments without contacting support.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We’re not liable for:
- Indirect damages (e.g., lost revenue) from template use.
- Cashfree UPI transaction failures (contact their support with transaction ID).
6. Dispute Resolution
- For payment issues, email support@thumlab.in with:
- Order number.
- Cashfree UPI transaction ID (from SMS/bank statement).
7. Changes to Terms
Updates will be posted here. Continued use = acceptance.

- Cashfree Compliance: Explicitly states RBI adherence and no refunds (standard for digital goods).
- License Clarity: Allows customization but prohibits resale/redistribution.
- PixalLab Attribution: Credits retained for PPL files.
